Eva Wasserman-Margolis was born on the island of Key West, Florida. She received her Masters Degree in Music Performance at the University of Illinois, and at 23 secured the position of principal clarinet with the Haifa Symphony in Israel. Formerly principal instructor at the Music Center in Tel Aviv, she is presently main instructor at the Conservatory of Givatayim and Petach Tikva. Her former students now study and perform in some of the world's most prestigious schools and orchestras in Europe and the USA. Ms. Wasserman-Margolis serves as the national chairperson for the International Clarinet Association in Israel and has brought clarinetists of international renown to teach and perform in Israel. As a performer and/or clinician, she has been to the USA, Switzerland, Hungary, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, China and Japan. Among her books is the best seller Time for Tone, published in five languages. Her compositions have also been acclaimed, and Generation of Hope is required for a number of clarinet competitions.

Luigi Magistrelli, professor of clarinet at the Conservatory of Milan, has performed as soloist with the orchestras Pomeriggi musicali, Angelicum, Teatro Litta, Radio of Milan, Città di Magenta and Vivaldi Val Camonica. He is principal clarinet of the Milano Classica Chamber Orchestra and principal clarinet (on early clarinets) of the Cremona Baroque Orchestra. He has also served as an extra player in many orchestras in Italy. Mr. Magistrelli has recorded more than 35 CDs and has collaborated in concert and recordings with many musicians and groups such as Dieter Klöcker, Karl Leister and the La Scala Philharmonic Orchestra. His activities as soloist, chamber musician and orchestral player have taken him around the world, where he has performed and given master classes. Mr. Magistrelli is the International Clarinet Society's chairman for Italy. He has a large clarinet collection comprising more than 150 instruments from various periods.

Massimo Laura has been the official guitarist at the La Scala theater in Milan since 1980. He entered six guitar competitions from 1986-1988, winning first prize in each, including the International Guitar Competition Francisco Tárregain Benicásim, Spain and competitions in Alexandria and Milan, Italy. He toured Brazil and Uruguay as winner of the Milan Competition and has also played in Chile, Japan, the USA, and various countries in Europe. Mr. Laura has been a soloist with several orchestras and has worked with composers such as Berio, Donatoni and Carter. A graduate of the Conservatory di Musica of Milan, he teaches at the Como Conservatory and the Conservatorio della SvizzeraIitaliana in Lugano.
